These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Seedr (“Seedr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Seedr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Seedr is available only to individuals and businesses located in Canada
By using Seedr, you confirm that you meet these requirements
Seedr is a product-seeding platform that enables:
Seedr does not facilitate cash payments between brands and creators
You are responsible for:
Seedr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Brands agree to:
Seedr is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
Brands may review and accept or decline creator applications at their discretion. Seedr does not guarantee creator participation or results.
Seedr operates on a subscription basis for brands.
Brands may cancel their subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the billing period.
Creators choose which campaigns to apply to and are not obligated to accept any campaign. If accepted, creators agree to:
Seedr is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including using appropriate disclosures such as #gifted or #ad where required.
Creators acknowledge that collaborations on Seedr involve product-only compensation unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By participating in a campaign, creators grant the brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the submitted content for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
Unless otherwise stated in the campaign, creators retain ownership of their content
Users agree not to:
Seedr may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Seedr is a facilitator and is not a party to agreements between brands and creators.
Seedr does not guarantee:
All collaborations are conducted at users’ own risk.
Seedr may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if:
Users may stop using Seedr at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Seedr may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
